New cocktail aims to shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery

Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether adding three experimental drugs to standard chemotherapy can shrink pancreatic tumors enough to allow surgery. About 30 adults with borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic cancer will receive the combination before surgery, then continue immunotherapy afterward. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
