Hunting for pancreatic Cancer's first whisper

Summary
This study aims to find better ways to detect pancreatic cancer early by looking for markers in pancreatic fluid. It will enroll 9,000 people who are at high risk for pancreatic cancer due to family history or specific genetic conditions. The main goal is to see if certain markers found during a routine endoscopy can accurately signal the presence of early cancer or pre-cancer.
