Summary
This study compares two radiation methods given before surgery for pancreatic cancer: a high-dose focused approach (SBRT) versus standard radiation with chemotherapy. About 102 people with resectable or locally advanced pancreatic cancer will take part. The goal is to see which method better controls the disease and reduces cancer spread to lymph nodes.
