Summary
This study explores whether a special MRI technique called 3D-MRE can measure the stiffness of pancreatic tumors to help predict how the disease will progress. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with pancreatic cancer and compare imaging results with treatment responses and survival. The goal is to find a non-invasive way to guide treatment decisions.
