Summary
This study is testing different combinations of immunotherapy drugs given before and after surgery for people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if these treatments can boost the immune system to fight the cancer better. About 76 participants will be enrolled, and researchers will look at changes in immune cells and tumor response.
