Summary

This study looks at tiny particles called exosomes in the blood and tissue of people with pancreatic cancer and those with noncancerous pancreatic disease. The goal is to understand how these messengers might be linked to cancer coming back and patient outcomes. About 181 adults having surgery for pancreatic disease will take part. This research does not offer a treatment but aims to gather information for future studies.
