New drug duo targets Hard-to-Treat pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs (pembrolizumab and olaparib) can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has specific genetic features. The trial will enroll about 20 adults whose cancer has a high number of genetic mutations. Researchers will monitor how well the tumors shrink, how long the treatment works, and the side effects.
