New drug duo targets aggressive pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining two existing cancer drugs (pembrolizumab and olaparib) can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has specific genetic features. The trial will enroll 20 patients who have already tried one prior treatment. Researchers will measure how well the combination shrinks tumors, controls cancer growth, and affects patients' quality of life.
