Summary
This study tested a drug called pamiparib, given with radiation therapy, for people with a fast-growing brain cancer called glioblastoma. It included 50 patients, some newly diagnosed and some whose cancer had come back. The goal was to see how much drug reaches the tumor and whether it helps control the cancer.
