Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug palbociclib to standard hormone therapy before surgery can shrink tumors in people with early-stage hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. About 51 participants will receive the combination for several months before their operation. The goal is to improve surgical outcomes and understand how well the treatment is tolerated.
