NCT ID NCT04841148

First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study is for people with early-stage ER+ breast cancer who still have hidden cancer cells in their bone marrow after standard treatment. Researchers are testing three drug combinations—hydroxychloroquine, avelumab, and palbociclib—to see if they can clear these dormant cells and lower the risk of cancer coming back. About 96 participants will receive one of the treatments for six cycles, and the study will track safety and effectiveness.
