New nerve block tested to ease pain after major back surgery

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after major spinal surgery for scoliosis. It will compare a newer type of numbing injection (MTP block) against the standard patient-controlled pain pump (PCA). The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief with fewer side effects for adult patients.
