First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tested three types of nerve stimulation (two on the brain, one on the spine) to see which works best for easing pain in people with algoneurodystrophy, a chronic pain condition. 36 adults who had pain for over a year and didn't respond to drugs took part. The goal was to find a better way to manage their pain without medication.
