New study tests better pain control for C-Section moms

NCT ID NCT07170267

Summary

This study aims to find which method provides better pain relief after a cesarean section: an ultrasound-guided nerve block injection in the abdomen or a pain medication added to the spinal anesthesia. Researchers will compare pain levels and need for additional painkillers in 50 women undergoing the procedure. The goal is to improve comfort and recovery after childbirth surgery.
