Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to manage pain for children aged 2 to 7 after hernia repair surgery. Researchers compared three different methods of delivering a numbing medication to see which one provided the most effective and longest-lasting pain relief with the fewest side effects. The goal was to improve recovery for children having this common day-surgery procedure.
