Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and SPSIPB) to standard pain medicine for controlling pain after video-assisted lung surgery. 110 adults were randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal was to see which method provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong painkillers like morphine.
