This study looked at 72 adults having chest surgery to compare two pain-blocking techniques: a nerve block (ESPB) and an epidural. The goal was to see which method reduces pain better and helps patients recover faster. Results showed how each method affected pain scores, need for extra pain medicine, and hospital stay length.
