First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding sufentanil to ropivacaine in a nerve block reduces pain after video-assisted lung surgery better than ropivacaine alone. 90 adults scheduled for surgery took part. The main goal was to see if the combination lowered morphine use in the first 48 hours. Results could help improve pain management and reduce side effects.
