Summary
This study looked at two types of nerve blocks (RISS and QL) to see which one provides better pain relief after open kidney surgery. Fifty adults aged 40-70 who were having a kidney removed took part. The main goal was to see how long it took before they needed extra pain medicine. The results help doctors choose the best way to manage pain after this surgery.
