Summary
This study tested three experimental drugs (HTX-011, HTX-002, and HTX-009) in 463 adults who had hernia surgery. The goal was to see how safe and effective they are at reducing pain after the operation. Researchers measured pain levels at rest and during activity over the first 24 hours. This is a Phase 2 trial, meaning it's an early step to find better ways to manage post-surgery pain.
