Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (paravertebral block and external oblique intercostal block) to standard pain medicine for people having gallbladder removal surgery. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and the need for opioids like tramadol. About 147 adults will take part, and researchers will track pain levels, nausea, and recovery time.
