Summary
This study tested two different pain-blocking injections for people having gallbladder removal surgery. Sixty adults received either an erector spinae plane block or a subcostal transversus abdominis plane block before surgery. Researchers measured pain levels, need for extra pain medicine, and how long pain relief lasted to find which method works better in hospitals with limited resources.
