New approach to ease pain after C-Section under investigation

NCT ID NCT05785377

Summary

This study aims to see if adding a drug called neostigmine to a standard pain-blocking injection can better manage pain after a cesarean delivery. Researchers will compare how long pain relief lasts and how much extra pain medication is needed in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to help new mothers recover more comfortably and focus on bonding with their baby.
