Summary

This study aims to improve pain relief for mothers after a cesarean birth. Researchers will test if adding a drug called neostigmine to a standard numbing injection in the abdomen provides longer-lasting pain control. The goal is to help new mothers recover more comfortably and bond with their babies with less pain.
