This study looked at 117 women having a planned cesarean section to compare two pain relief methods: morphine given during spinal anesthesia and a nerve block (transversalis fascia plane block). The goal was to see which approach provides better pain control and higher patient satisfaction after surgery. Researchers measured pain levels, how long until patients needed extra pain medicine, and any side effects.
