Summary
This study looked at 56 adults who had major abdominal surgery to compare two pain relief methods: a spinal injection of morphine and a newer nerve block technique. The goal was to see which method better controls pain and reduces the need for additional opioids. Results will help doctors choose safer, more effective pain management options.
