Summary
This study looks at how chronic knee pain and fibromyalgia change the way the brain and nerves talk to muscles. Researchers will test pain sensitivity, muscle activity, and physical function in 135 adults aged 40 and older, including healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand central pain hypersensitivity and its impact on movement and disability.
