Summary
This study compares two standard pain relief methods—spinal morphine versus IV methadone—for men undergoing testicular cancer surgery. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain control and reduces the need for additional opioids. About 142 participants will be enrolled to help improve recovery after this procedure.
