Summary
This study planned to test if a coordinated team approach could better manage pain and improve recovery for patients having common anal or rectal surgeries. It aimed to compare standard nursing care against a model where surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, psychologists, and pharmacists worked together. The trial was withdrawn before any patients were enrolled.
