Summary
This study compares three common IV painkillers—fentanyl, tramadol, and ibuprofen—given after keyhole lung surgery. The goal is to see which one controls pain best and helps patients breathe more easily in the first three days after surgery. The trial will enroll 135 adults aged 18 to 80.
