Summary
This study tests if a specific nerve block (transversalis fascia plane block) can better control pain after kidney transplant surgery. Researchers will compare pain scores and opioid use in 50 adults receiving the block versus standard care. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce side effects from painkillers.
