First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a nerve block called the transversalis fascia plane block to see if it reduces pain after kidney transplant surgery. About 50 adults aged 18-65 will receive the block, and researchers will measure their pain levels and how much opioid pain medicine they need. The goal is to improve pain control, speed up recovery, and reduce side effects from opioids.
