Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (SPSIPB and ESPB) to see which provides better pain relief after upper back surgery. 70 adults having elective thoracic spine surgery will receive one of the two blocks before surgery. The goal is to reduce pain, opioid side effects, and speed up recovery.
