New study aims to find best pain relief for weight-loss surgery patients

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks to control pain after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (weight-loss surgery). Sixty adults aged 18-65 with a BMI over 35 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks. The goal is to see which block provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong painkillers.
