Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and MTAPA) to see which provides better pain relief for children aged 2 to 7 after laparoscopic abdominal surgery. Fifty children were randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks after going under general anesthesia. The main goal was to measure how long it took before they needed pain medicine, along with pain scores and side effects.
