Summary
This study tested two different ultrasound-guided pain blocks in 40 children aged 7 to 17 having bone graft surgery for cleft palate repair. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and the need for strong pain medicine in the first 24 hours after surgery. Results will help doctors choose the best pain control approach for these young patients.
