Summary
This study looked at 40 children aged 7 to 17 who had bone graft surgery to fix a cleft in the gum. Doctors compared two ultrasound-guided pain-block methods to see which one reduced pain and the need for strong pain medicine better in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to find the best way to keep children comfortable after this operation.
