Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and TMQLB) for pain control after kidney transplant surgery. 40 adult patients received one of the two blocks, and their pain levels and need for extra pain medicine were tracked for 24 hours. The goal was to find which block offers better pain relief with fewer side effects.
