Inclusion Criteria: * ASA physical status I-II. * Scheduled for elective UBE surgery. Exclusion Criteria: * Infection at the injection site. * Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. * Allergy to local anesthetics. * Chronic opioid use. * Cognitive dysfunction.
