Summary

This study looked at how people with opioid use disorder react to pain and whether that affects their craving for opioids. 89 adults with both opioid use disorder and chronic pain took part. They received a brief education session and then had their pain response and cravings measured. The goal was to better understand the connection between pain and opioid cravings, which could help improve treatments.
