Summary

This observational study looks at how natural changes in estrogen and progesterone might affect depression in adolescent girls. About 94 teens assigned female at birth with a history of depression will track their hormone levels daily at home and answer online surveys about their mood for 90 days. The goal is to find out if some teens are more sensitive to these hormone shifts.
