Scientists test powerful new Immune-Boosting cocktail against tough ovarian cancers

NCT ID NCT05231122

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new immune-stimulating drug (CDX-1140) to two existing cancer drugs works better for women whose ovarian cancer has returned. About 80 participants will receive either the standard two-drug combination or the new three-drug combination, given through an IV every three weeks. The main goals are to see if the three-drug combo is safe and if it shrinks tumors more effectively, while also tracking survival and quality of life.
