Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, ONC-392 and pembrolizumab, in 58 women with ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must have a specific type of ovarian cancer and have had standard surgery.
