New hope for ovarian cancer: experimental drug combo enters final testing phase

Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug IMNN-001 to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer live longer. About 500 newly diagnosed adults will receive either the drug combination or chemotherapy alone. The study aims to see if the combination improves survival and surgical outcomes.
