Summary
This study is testing whether yearly vaginal ultrasound can accurately detect ovarian cancer in women at intermediate to high risk, while reducing unnecessary false alarms. Researchers will screen 65,000 women from Kentucky over time and track how often the test correctly identifies cancer versus giving a false positive.
