Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test can find genetic changes in tumor DNA that signal ovarian cancer is coming back. It involves 130 women with BRCA mutations who are taking a maintenance drug called Olaparib after initial treatment. The goal is to see if these blood tests can detect cancer progression earlier than standard scans.
