Summary
This study is testing a new patient support service at a rural hospital in Taiwan. The service aims to help people with osteoporosis or a recent bone fracture better manage their condition. It provides education, reminders, and follow-up to help patients stick to their prescribed bone-strengthening medications and lifestyle advice, with the goal of preventing future fractures.
