Summary
This study tests a special hands-on therapy (osteopathic manual therapy) for jaw problems in people with fibromyalgia. About 114 adults with both conditions will receive the therapy to see if it reduces pain, improves jaw function, and lessens disability. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease these common symptoms.
