Summary
This observational study followed 210 adults with migraine or tension headaches for 6 months. Participants kept a diary of their headaches and any sensitivity to smells (osmophobia). The goal was to see if smell sensitivity is a reliable sign of migraine versus tension headache. The study did not test any treatment, only observed symptoms.
