Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ORX142 in healthy adults and older adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Some participants will be kept awake overnight to see if the drug helps with alertness. The goal is to gather safety information before testing in people with excessive daytime sleepiness.
