Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called ORX142 in healthy adults and older adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The study also checks how food affects the drug and whether it can help people who are kept awake overnight. About 208 participants will take either the drug or a placebo, and the main goal is to monitor for side effects.
